Horweenシェルコードバンで作ったトートバッグです。

大判のコードバンを丸々4枚以上使用して、すべて手縫いで製作しています。
3枚を繋いだ胴面〜底のパーツ、ハンドル、補強パーツも含めて、Horween シェルコードバンのみで仕上げました。底鋲など、金具のパーツは使用していません。

製作の際は、大判のコードバンの中から比較的厚みの揃った革、硬さやハリ具合の揃った革を優先的に選んで使用しています。その為、革による色合いの違いが出る場合があります。

Shell Tote
/ Horween Shell Cordovan

All of them are hand-sewn using more than 4 pieces of large shell. I finished it only with shell cordovans (Horween), including the parts from the body to the bottom (connected the 3 pieces), the handles, and the reinforcement parts. No metal parts such as bottom studs are used.

When I make this bag, I preferentially select and use the shell with relatively uniform thickness and the shell with uniform hardness and firmness from my large-sized shells. Therefore, there may be a difference in color depending on the shell.
